Note to all potential purchasers of wheel sets and replacement rims, Karl and I have discovered you need to be aware there are two types of rim to hub connection method and the rims are not interchangeable

Tubeless System A , this is the older type , where the spoke tensioning is done by a threaded ferrul in the hub, the spoke head is screwed into the rim and the spoke rotates freely in the spoke head and you must use Alpina Hubs

Tubeless STS, this is the newer system that allows you to put an Alpina tubeless rim onto a standard manufactures or an aftermarket hub ( i.e Talon ) the spokes look ordinary but they have a special seal in the nipple and tension like an ordinary spoke. This means you could have Alpina's at a lot lower cost than you think

    Wheelie down the road:burnout:

2010 FS570, tuned,44mm throttle, Suter slipper, full Doma, airbox cutout, full beringer, SXS forks and shock internals, Alpinas. scarily good

This is true, i can supply carbon matrix rims and spokes that lace onto your stock hubs

But you would have to powder coat or anodize your stock hubs and get someone to build up the wheel for you

When all this is factored in, there really isnt a lot in it
