Dunno what you mean by csc? Comp. / Reb. settings perhaps? Anyway I weighed myself and my gear and here are detailed info.
I weigh 78kg and my gear is about 8-9kg so total driving weight is 86-87kg.

My SMX is sleeping over the winter at friends garage so I couldn't get you rear shock data but I have Marzocchi at home and here my settings.
Comp: Adjust range 26clicks / open 16clicks (from fully closed position) [some manuals report 28 clicks for combound but I only counted 26]
Reb: Adjust range 23clicks / open 10clicks (from fully closed position) [some manuals report 28 clicks for rebound too but I only counted 23]

Please note that this is just 1 random adjustment that happened to be good at the track I drove my last set of the season. Even on same track if conditions change or I'm running on different tires it might need some fine tuning.

For various reasons you can't give any guidelines adjusting sag on front forks. So what I do is measure how much forks compress under heavy braking or when running on jumps. If it doesn't bottom but uses most of the travel then it is just fine and accurate enough for my speed.
    Rear adjustment:
    "dry" sag = 15-20mm
    "wet" sag = 40-55mm.
Those values are roughly half of what is recommended for motocross. I can't remember exact measures Mauno advised my friend to use but it should be within those limits.

If you have chosen correct spring rates the rest is easy, if not, then you're fucked. And remember, even though there is a lot of room for spring preload adjustment, don't do it. Choose a harder spring. Even if you have set your sag correctly you better check it every now and then. Sometimes springs just "die" and your sag ends up out of recommended range.

My front springs are 4,9 and I have changed rear to 58 from 52. I will test this setting in March.
